Notes for Visitors

If a client has agreed to leave the photographs open to view without the need for a password, these will be shown as [Open]. You are welcome to peruse these photographs.

However, trying to access sections marked [private] will lead you to an error page. Sorry but many clients require privacy for their photographs.

Notes for Clients

If you are a client who requested to review your photographs on-line, or indeed were the guest at a wedding I photographed, then on the due date you should find your name, the company name or the name of the Bride and Groom listed below. Clicking on the name will take you to your private section. To enter, you will need the Username and Password that you were given at the time (or that were on the card handed out at the wedding in the case of wedding guests).

If a client has agreed to leave the photographs open to view without the need for a password, these will be shown as [Open].

Problems Viewing

If you have any problems either accessing the relevant pages or in viewing the photographs, please do not hesitate to contact us but please check the following first:-

(a) Has a yellow band appeared below the top information bar on MS Internet Explorer? It has a message on it that reads:- ‘To help protect your security………’. If you do then click on it and click on ‘allow blocked content’. This is OK. Scripts can be used for virus spreading, hence the warning, but are required here to operate the photograph placement.

(b) Your browser must have 'Javascript' enabled. Having 'Javascript' enabled will enliven your experience in viewing the rest of this web site but is essential for the private pages.

If the photographs do not load on clicking the thumbnails and you have checked (a) above, verify that you have Javascript enabled. Assuming you have MS InterNet Explorer v5 or v6, proceed as follows:

On the browser Menu
Click onTools >> Internet
Choose Security tab
Choose Internet zone
Click button marked Custom Level

Scroll down over three quarters of the way until you find the heading Scripting
The first subheading is Active Scripting
Look at the buttons beneath
Ensure that the button marked Enable is checked.
Click buttons to make and confirm changes.

Also some older browsers will not portray the thumbnails correctly in their own scrolled window but will allow them to run in a long line down the page. This is not fatal to your viewing the photographs but may entail a significant amount of scrolling about on the screen. Sorry but this is a feature of the lack of standardization in older (and to some extent modern) browsers. We have tried to design this site to be as accessible as possible but not everything is possible.

Other than the above, you should have no problems with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 nor Netscape 7.0. However Opera in its current form does not support many of the functions needed to portray the Client Pages properly and will not work at all..

Thank you for using our services and we look forward to hearing from you.
